Master Digital Product License & Terms of Use

This Master Digital Product License (“License”) governs your purchase, access, and use of any digital product sold by It’s All From Home (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any product, you agree to the terms below.

1. Definitions

“Digital Product” refers to any product sold or distributed by It’s All From Home, including but not limited to:

  • Printable PDFs

  • Planners

  • Templates

  • Google Sheets

  • Notion databases

  • Canva templates

  • Downloads

  • Workbooks

  • Guides

  • Micro-apps

  • AI-based tools

  • GPTs

  • Digital systems

  • Hosted tools

  • Interactive experiences

“AI Product” refers to any Digital Product powered by or integrated with artificial intelligence, including GPTs, assistants, agents, or micro-apps built using third-party AI platforms.

“Outputs” refer to content or results generated through use of an AI Product.

2. License Grant (Personal Use Only)

When you purchase a Digital Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.

You may:

  • Download and use the product for yourself or your household

  • Print copies for your immediate household

  • Customize templates for your personal use

  • Use AI Products for personal planning, organization, or family use

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the product

  • Share files outside your household

  • Upload products to file-sharing sites

  • Repackage or rebrand the product

  • Use the product for client work

  • Use the product for commercial purposes

  • Extract or replicate proprietary systems, prompts, or automation logic

This purchase does not transfer ownership.

3. Intellectual Property

All Digital Products remain the intellectual property of It’s All From Home and/or its parent company or affiliated brands.

Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it, not ownership rights.

Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or resale may result in termination of access and legal action.

4. AI-Based Products

Some Digital Products may rely on third-party AI platforms such as OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), Microsoft (Copilot), or other providers.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI platforms may change features, pricing, policies, or availability

  • AI-generated Outputs may contain inaccuracies

  • Outputs should be reviewed before relying on them

We are not responsible for:

  • AI platform outages

  • Model updates

  • Policy changes

  • Account restrictions

  • Third-party pricing changes

  • Output inaccuracies

AI Products are tools intended to assist you. Final decisions remain your responsibility.

5. Hosted Tools & Micro-Apps

Some products may include hosted access (such as micro-apps or web-based tools).

Access is granted as a limited-use license and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change features

  • Update functionality

  • Migrate platforms

  • Restrict access

  • Discontinue products

Where reasonably feasible, we may provide notice prior to discontinuation. However, long-term availability is not guaranteed.

6. Discontinuation & Platform Changes

Digital Products—especially AI or hosted tools—may depend on third-party services.

If a product must be modified or discontinued due to platform changes, cost increases, or business decisions, we are not liable for loss of access.

We may, at our discretion:

  • Provide transition guidance

  • Offer alternative formats

  • Supply documentation when feasible

Refunds will not be issued due to third-party platform changes beyond our control.

7. No Professional Advice

Our products are designed for planning, organization, creativity, and family support.

They are not:

  • Legal advice

  • Medical advice

  • Mental health advice

  • Financial advice

  • Professional counseling

You are responsible for decisions made using our products.

8. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including:

  • Improved parenting results

  • Household efficiency

  • Behavioral changes

  • Emotional outcomes

  • Productivity gains

Results vary based on individual circumstances.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the specific product page.

10. Account Misuse & Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if:

  • License terms are violated

  • Products are redistributed

  • Fraudulent activity occurs

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product.

12. Updates to This License

We may update this License at any time.

Continued use of our products after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
